New York – The sports representation firm of Bad Bunny and the Association of Major Leagues Baseball presented an agreement on Thursday to dismiss the demand of the union on the sanctions imposed for making inappropriate incentives.
The parties presented a stipulation that told the Us Jennifer H. Rearden district judge in Manhattan, they had resolved the matter.
The MLBPA disciplined Rimas Sports, the co -owner agency for Puerto Rican music artist Bad Bunny, last April for violations of their agents regulations. He revoked the certification of William Arroyo de Rimas agent and denied the certifications of executives Noah Assad and Jonathan Miranda, citing citing a loan without interest of $ 200,000 and a gift of $ 19,500. The union issued a fine of $ 400,000 for misconduct.
Referee Ruth M. Moscovitch last October confirmed the five -year suspensions of the union of Assad and Miranda and cut the suspension of Arroyo at three years. The union presented a petition to confirm the decision of 80 pages in the Supreme Court of New York, and the case was transferred to the Federal Court.
The representatives of the Union and Rimas did not immediately respond to the requests for comments.
