Santa Fe, NM – A state district judge from New Mexico that presided over the broadly publicized trial of the actor Alec Baldwin For a fatal film set you are preparing to retire from the bank.

Last summer, Marlowe Sommer dismissed an involuntary homicide charge Against Baldwin in the death of the director of photography of October 2021 Halyna Hutchins during an essay for the “Rust” film in a filming ranch on the outskirts of Santa Fe.

The current main judge Bryan Biedscheid said Marlowe Sommer has served with distinction, integrity and unwavering commitment to the rule of law.

In total, court administrators say that Marlowe Sommer has presided over about 21,600 cases during her mandate, starting with family, abuse and negligence, and cases of youth crime. He began to assume criminal cases in 2012, being the most notable that of Baldwin and Gutiérrez-Reed.

He also presided over the cases of child sexual abuse of former teacher Gary Gregor, and Jeannine Jaramillo’s trial, who killed a police officer and retired to firefighter during an incorrect accident when trying to avoid the police.
