Amazon is now testing the folding assisted by AI for some films and series in prime

Amazon is testing the bending assisted by artificial intelligence for selected films and programs offered in its main transmission service.

The company said this week that the dubbing assisted by AI, which refers to the practice of replacing an original audio track with a translated language, will be offered for licensed titles that previously lacked dubbing, such as the 2003 animated film “El Cid: the legend.”

The Seattle -based company said that its dubbing service assisted by AI will be in Spanish and Latin American. Initially, it will be offered for 12 licensed titles.

Amazon says that the program will adopt a hybrid approach, allowing “local processions to collaborate with AI to guarantee quality control.”

Other technological companies have also introduced the dubbing of AI on their platforms. Last year, YouTube launched a function that allows content creators to translate their videos in several languages. Meanwhile, Meta said in September that he was testing an AI tool that will automatically translate the voices into the reels.
