Indianapolis – Indianapolis (AP) – Jordan Hobbs scored 23 points And Michigan used a 25-0 race in the first half and a second dominant half to crush No. 15 Maryland 98-71 in the quarterfinals of the Big Ten tournament on Friday.
First year students Syla Swords and Olivia Olson added 22 and 20, respectively.

The Terrapins had a section where they made 13 of 16 shots in about eight minutes that took the second third quarter, but could not keep up with the Wolverines. Maryland fired 48% with only four 3.
