Moore did not respond to an email message on Sunday. Judicial records did not list a lawyer. A defense lawyer who previously represented Moore did not respond to a telephone message on Sunday.
Moore was expected to be prosecuted at a later date, according to prosecutors who said that teamwork with the FBI led to arrest. The Ohio Criminal Investigation Office took over the cold case in 2021.
