New York – The woman who could sneak in a New York flight to Paris without a boarding pass at the end of last year was able to climb to the global plane in a group of passengers with a ticket when door agents passed, new surveillance videos.
The video, provided by the New York Port Authority and New Jersey to The Associated Press on Wednesday after a record request, shows Svetlana Dali Sliding through two door agents who were checking the shipping passes and walking to an aerbrilla along with a group of other passengers.
Dali declared himself innocent of a position of Stowaway for the incident last November. His trial will begin next month, but prosecutors and his lawyer have said they are trying to work for a guilt. His lawyer did not return a voice mail in search of comments on Wednesday.
According to judicial documents, Dali had initially been rejected from a security control point at JFK International Airport Transportation Security Administration Officer after she couldn’t show a boarding pass.
Dali, a 57 -year -old Russian citizen with the residence in the United States, then sneaked into a special security lane for airline employees, masked by a large flight crew of Air Europa, and reached a detection area where agents inspected bags and caressed travelers. A second video provided to AP by the New York Port Authority and New Jersey shows Dali through the projection and palmada.
From there, Dali entered a flight from Delta Air Lines destined for Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris. The surveillance video shows Dali to join a group of passengers after Delta’s employees checked their tickets. The employees did not seem to notice Dali when he joined the group of passengers with a ticket.
The members of the Delta crew realized that Dali was an unauthorized passenger while the plane was in the air and notified the French authorities, who arrested it before entering customs, according to judicial documents.
He was finally transferred back to New York and admitted to the authorities that he went up to the plane without a ticket and intentionally evaded security and Delta employees so that he could avoid buying a ticket, according to judicial records.
Dali that Initially released After his arrest with electrical monitoring, but he was then arrested again in Buffalo, New York, after he cut the monitor and tried to enter Canada.
It is stopped in a federal blockade in Brooklyn, according to records.
