Arlington, Texas – Josh Smith coincided with the maximum of his four-run race promoted with a two-run homer and a two-run double, Jacob Degrom allowed two races or less for the eighth consecutive beginning and the Texas Rangers beat the St. Louis Cardinals 8-1 on Sunday.
