Los Angeles – Los Angeles (AP) – Is He requested divorce on Wednesday of the second husband Daniel Bernard after two years of marriage.
The Australian singer and composer nominated for Grammy whose legal name is Sia Furler presented the petition in the Superior Court of Los Angeles.
He listed on Tuesday as his separation date. As in the vast majority of California divorces, he cited irreconcilable differences such as reason. He asked the court not to grant marital payments to Bernard.
He is also looking for the legal and physical custody of his 11 -month -old son, Somersault Wonder Bernard.
It is not clear when the secret singer began to go out with Bernard, or how they met. They legally married in December 2022 and had a small marriage ceremony in Portofino, Italy, the next May.
From 2014 to 2017, Sia married the filmmaker Erik Anders Lang.
The 49 -year -old singer has been nominated for nine Grammys. Five of them were for their 2014 success “Chandelier”.
