Atlanta – Police in Atlanta says they have taken measures to remove a horse found dead on a sidewalk along a busy street in the center.
The Atlanta Police Department said on social networks that the horse’s owner has been identified and that “that person is cooperating with us.”
The staff of the Police Department and the Atlanta Fire Department were coordinating the efforts to eliminate the “safe and respectful” way of the horses and asked the public to avoid the area. No information was published immediately about how long he had been there or how he died.
The horse was found along Peachtree Street, a straight way in the race through the city center, police said.
Atlanta Journal Constitution reported that the video posted on social networks on Sunday morning seemed to show it motionless at an ATM at the intersection of Peachtree Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive while the shocking pedestrians walked.
