Madison County, Miss. – A medical transport helicopter with a pilot and two hospital workers on board crashed in Mississippi on Monday, authorities said.
The air care helicopter did not take any patient when he crashed in Madison County north of the capital of Jackson, according to a statement from the Medical Center of the University of Mississippi. The statement did not say if there were injuries or deaths.
Television station Wapt reported that at least one person was killed. The authorities of the Federal Aviation Administration were on the route, said the station.
