Seattle – Addison Barger hit a single with a touch in the eighth entrance and the Toronto Blue Jays recovered from a three-run deficit to beat the Seattle Mariners 6-3 on Saturday night.
The two -run of Bo Bichette in the fifth began the return of Toronto. Barger tied him at 3 with a race race promoted in the sixth, and Alejandro Kirk ended with four hits.
Myles Straw provided insurance a two-run single from Carlos Vargas (1-2) in the eighth.
Mason Florharty (3-0) worked 1 1/3 perfect tickets and Jeff Hoffman struck out the three batters in the ninth for his ninth rescue.
Barger also had two ranked races, and three doubles, in 6-3 victory on Friday night of the tiles, who have won three in a row after a skate of four games.
Rowdy Tellez hit a solitary home run for sailors in the second. Randy Arozoa had a double RBI in the room, and Leody Taveras added a sacrifice fly to put the 3-0.
Toronto Bowden Francis starter allowed three races and six hits at 6 2/3 inputs. He hit five and walked one.
Logan Evans gave three races and five hits in five entries for Seattle.
With the score tied at 3 in the seventh, Seattle had corridors in the corners when Fluharty entered and removed JP Crawford in a steering wheel to finish the entrance.
Crawford went 0 by 4 with two strikeouts, finishing his batting streak in the best 16 games of his career. It had been the longest active streak in the elderly.
The right of sailors Bryce Miller (2-3, 4.15 Effectiveness) begins Sunday against RHP José Ureña (0-0, 8.59) at the end of the series.
