Los Angeles – Jillian Lauren, author and wife of Weezer Bassist Scott Shrner, was shot dead by the Los Angeles Police and arrested under suspicion of murder attempt after aiming a gun to the officers of his front courtyard, authorities said on Wednesday.
Lauren, 51, identified by the police as Jillian Shrner and listed as Jillian Lauren Shrner in the prison records, had injuries that did not threaten life after the shooting in the neighborhood of Eagle Rock in the Northeast of Los Angeles on Thursday, Lapd said in a statement.
