At least 12 people were injured, including three criticisms, in a sharp attack in a train station in Germany on Friday, authorities said.
The suspect in stabbing, a 39 -year -old woman has been arrested, police said.

The incident occurred in a train station in Hamburg. A knife was used in the attack, police said.
The police have not publicly identified the suspect. It is believed that he acted alone, according to the Hamburg Police, who said they are investigating their background. Police believe they could have been in “mental anguish.”

“Until now, we have no evidence that women may have acted with political motivation,” police journalists Florian Abbenseth told journalists. “Rather, we have findings on the basis of which we are now investigating in particular if it may have been in a state of mental anguish.”
